Refunds: Once payment is received, no refunds are allowed for any classes taken. If a course is dropped before completion due to illness, the trainee may be given the opportunity to join the next class at the instructor's discretion with the credit from the previous class being applied to the new class. The student will be responsible for any additional fees.  If a student is removed from a class due to misconduct, no refunds or make-ups will be provided. 

Language

Some of the language used within the UBB training platform and corresponding lessons/content created by others are not gender neutral. UBB uses inclusive language, but when we are including pieces written by other people, we are leaving their language as is. Please be aware of this when reading or listening to assignments. 

Reference to stillbirth, miscarriage, or abortion

Please be aware that some language may reference loss and this may be triggering to some.

What is allowed:

Accessing materials from the platform provided for your personal knowledge. Memberships to our materials are renewed monthly and are accessible as long as membership fees are current. If you are receiving this training as part of our scholarship training initiative, you will have access to the content provided for 90 days and will be provided handouts and materials as we go along through the class. If you wish to continue access, please reach out to the instructor to discuss membership options.
